Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
