Very nice place to stay, easy to get to downtown Denver and there were some great food options close by.

We stayed for my daughter's wedding and had plenty of space for everything we needed to do there! It is a beautiful location and so cool to have the whole second floor with a huge patio. The building is very secure and we had an easy time getting our key and managing finding parking nearby.

Excellent location and so peaceful! Walkable to many restaurants, grocery store and all that downtown Golden has to offer. Easy access to Red Rocks, skiing and biking/hiking/walking trails (be aware there could be rattlesnakes- my husband encountered 2 while hiking in the area). The condo itself was a fantastic home base for our time in Colorado with a full kitchen, roomy bathroom, spacious closet with lots of hangers (they were the nice kind too!) and a dresser. We loved having a washer and dryer as well to do a couple of loads of laundry during our stay. The living room area was well appointed with a large screen smart tv access to all of the entertainment options. The king sized bed, tucked into a nook adjacent to the living room area, was extremely comfortable and welcoming after a day of adventuring. There is also a nice sized desk that was helpful as I worked remotely a couple of days. Last but not least, the outdoor space was wonderful!

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed the location, Dare’s information and attention to detail. The only issue is its proximity to I-25 traffic noise. We slept well. The building was quiet, people friendly, easy access and for us the parking spot was worth the stay. As an older couple, we found the garage clean, spacious and easy in/out. Perfect for our trip. Thank you Dare for the experience and will definitely consider you again if in Denver.

We loved staying at this place! So many pots and pans so it was easy to cook meals for our family! Two bedrooms and two baths with comfortable beds! Host was helpful! We’d stay here again!

Just like all the other reviews, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! The Jungle House is beautiful, very secure, private parking space in parking garage and completely in walking distance of so many things!! The Central Market, tons of restaurants and the fun mini golf place. The space provides you with everything you need. From well designed bathrooms, kitchen and plenty of space for a landing pad. The white bed linens and lush towels give you the boutique hotel experience. I definitely recommend this to anyone! Thanks again for welcoming us into your home!

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

Ji and Ryan have been wonderful host. Their place is very clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), smart, and the area is quiet, There is a Safeway 6 minutes walk, and downtown (Sheraton area, Art Museum, etc) is only 20-25 min by foot. We felt safe, even at night. Ji and Ryan were extremely nice and went out of their way when a hot water problem happened for the whole building just before our arrival. Fortunately, all was repaired just after we arrived. They were very helpful and quick to message and reply.

We loved our stay at this condo! Easy to walk to restaurants, the river walk area, and grocery store. Building was quiet and tucked away from the main strip so we slept perfectly.

Super cute humble abode! Had everything we needed! Easy check in and the house rules were easy to understand. We never had an issue with parking in front of the place. The decor was awesome and I kept eyeing the little pink unicorn on the shelf, but not to worry it stayed put! Lol. Lots of backyard space to chill in. We had a great stay! Thank you!!

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was perfectly located with walking trails nearby and a short drive to other Boulder destinations.

Great overall stay! Location: The location is great. Less than half hour drive to downtown Denver, and close to outdoor activities. Cleanliness: The place is very clean. It should be noted that my wife thought that it smelled like weed upon arrival, but could have been coming from another unit. Comfort: Bed is very comfortable. The showers are great because they get really hot with solid pressure. Amenities: The place has all the necessary essentials including a full kitchen, TVs, and laundry. The code for the pool did not work for us. The host was willing to help, but got back to us after we had left. The "fitness center" is nothing to write home about. Host: Host communicated everything clearly, and was willing to help with any issues. As noted in the description, there is a security deposit required.

Nadine was an excellent host and her space was exactly what I needed for my extended stay. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic - quiet, but with easy car access to Pearl St, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. our daughter would have spent the whole week in the community pool if we would have allowed it. Jennifer’s place was comfortable and clean and possibly better equipped than any AirBnb we have stayed at, with a full kitchen, a stocked pantry with extra TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc, beach towels for the pool, and extra amenities families might need, like a toddler potty,pool toys etc. it is walking distance to CU. The pictures in the posting are accurate and all the listed amenities were present and in working order.

The host was super communicative and check-in was easy. The location was perfect for exploring and 10 minutes away from downtown. The airbnb was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved how spacious the airbnb is itself. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended. We'd definitely stay again.

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.

It was lovely! Quiet, great location, comfortable and lots of space! Everyone really loved having this as our home base! Have been here twice now! Better than the hotels around!
