Great views and location right on the marina, close to cafes and the beach just a short walk. Apartment had everything you need and as pictured and described. Lyda was super responsive and the instructions were really clear. Will absolutely stay again.

Very nice and quiet place, close to train station, beaches, and everything else you need, the apartment itself is the best we could find for a reasonable price but still very nice and can’t find one single thing to complain about😁

mindarie beach house was a lovely accommodation. netflix to watch programmes in the evening. very comfortable beds. beach house was clean and in a very good location, close to the beach 😁 Hosts are very friendly and very good with communication. would highly recommend staying here. we had a lovely time thankyou x

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect for my university studies and everything I needed was within walking distance, including shops, the uni, and plenty of food options. The place itself was clean, tidy, and had all the essentials to make my stay comfortable. I really appreciated how easily accessible public transport was, and having the option to order food through Uber Eats was super convenient. The space felt very secure, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Her communication was outstanding throughout my stay, which made everything so easy and stress-free. If I ever need to stay in the area again, I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Mindarie is a gem of a neighbourhood, beautiful marina, peaceful, great pubs and cafes - Victoria's place could not be better located on the marina. I hope we have the chance to come back again soon.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

Beautiful beach house style home very welcoming and modern. One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in! Hosts very friendly and helpful. Easy to park. Super comfortable bed and soft bed linen high quality and soft towels. Everything you need and close to burns beach area walking distance or short drive. Highly recommended!

We visited Pooldaze from the UK with our 2 boys and absolutely loved the house. We arrived late and were happy to be welcomed with a lovely food hamper containing breakfast items. House is as described and exceptionally clean. Gorgeous pool and in a great location! Kim and Len were great hosts, great communication and helped us with the pool when needed. We will defiantly be returning to Perth and would love to stay again. Thank you!

We came as a family with two young children and they really love the room with the bunk beds! The house was spacious and we loved chilling in the living room after dinner. The location is nearby some eateries that open for dinner so is a plus point for us. Would definitely choose to book this place again if we comes back in future holiday!

We had an excellent stay! The house is bright and spacious and had more than enough room for our family. It has a lovely pool and garden, and plenty of areas to relax in. It’s close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. What really stood out was Cameron’s wonderful hosting and hospitality! He is friendly and polite, and responded to all our queries promptly. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including providing a cot, high chair, stool and potty for our youngest. He also provided a generous breakfast for our first morning! Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Perendale Penthouse and Merino Manor, we booked out both for our wedding weekend and the stay was so perfect! Paul was incredibly friendly, both accomodations are spacious, clean and look out to the most beautiful views. 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

We loved it and if we come back to Perth, I would book again. So close to the beach and Hillary’s Boat Harbour/Rottnest Ferries. There was a great Coles Local down the road and Westfield wasn’t far away either. Carly’s place looked exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for our family of 7. Nice and quiet at night too. Carly was very friendly and responsive, thanks for a great stay :)

This was the perfect home for a family holiday for 2 weeks, it is a beautiful, spacious, clean home and has everything you need. The kids also loved it with some play things and the pool and garden. We had everything we needed the whole time and Cherie was so good at checking in. Surroundings are great, supermarket close by, beautiful beaches all around and a peaceful neighbourhood. Will book here next time we come to Perth.

It was just like walking into a home, I felt comfortable and at ease straight away. It was a great spa it for our extended family to spend some quality days together.
