Set in the front garden of our 1892 Queen Anne is the Garden Studio, ready to welcome you to all that Eugene has to offer. The Garden Studio has been recently updated and features a stocked kitchenette, dining area, smart TV, large sectional, queen size bed, and fully remodeled bathroom. This comfortable space is quietly set in the South Hills while also being easily accessible to the University of Oregon, downtown, Interstate 5 and all of the outdoor pursuits that make Eugene so special.

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Welcome to Studio 1889. Free parking on site with self check-in. This brand new, adorable, guest house has vinyl plank flooring throughout, large walk-in shower, spacious kitchen has custom cabinets with lots of storage and basic amenities provided. Two person table for dining or remote work. A queen size bed provides maximum comfort as you stream your favorite show on the big screen tv with the free WiFi. Enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the hot tub on your own private patio!

Hidden Garden Cottage

The space is a 450 sq. ft. 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
