Highly desirable waterfront home located on Fern Ridge Reservoir in Veneta. This bright home has distinctive woodwork with lots of original charm & craftsmanship throughout. The upstairs offers two loft bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside of Eugene, a 25 min drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium.

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

This clean and bright vacation lake house offers an amazing view of calm lake waters with a quick walk down to its new dock. All wheel drive or four-wheel-drive is required to drive the 300’ gravel driveway to the house!! Or park at top. Enjoy kayaking, swimming in summer or just sitting inside or outside watching the water and the neighboring birds - osprey, heron, geese, ducks, and sometimes bald eagles. 3 kayaks with a release. Off season it’s very quiet offering a personal retreat.
