Great place, very convenient to walk everywhere, super clean, very bright with big windows, and so many thoughtful touches…..fresh ground coffee and loose leaf teas, bath salts. I really enjoyed my stay and Tom accommodated me extending my stay. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our family of four. we easily felt comfortable and at home. Clean and well maintained. Easy to get to. check-in and check out were easy. Felt very secure. The location is wonderful, incredibly walkable. Close to everything. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Haven’t really stayed in many airbandb’s but this was bright and cheery and spotlessly clean. Easy walk to great restaurants and our own parking spot right out our door. .

We had an amazing time at Susanne and Keith’s! Sparkling clean house with lovely little touches, beautiful neighboured, shops and restaurants close by and public transport was very easy to navigate. You won’t find more wonderful and helpful hosts - we felt truly at home and super comfortable. We will definitely be back if we come through Victoria again!

The apartment felt very cozy and had all of the amenities we needed. The space can get quite warm and stuffy but the air conditioning units helped with that. There was also a lot of construction during the time we stayed which made it a bit inconvenient and noisy. Other than that, the host was very responsive and the area was very walkable. We would stay here again on our next visit to Langford.

A wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning location! The photos and description are perfectly accurate, and the place is wonderful to spread out relax or use as a homebase while visiting Sidney. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and stocked full of amenities, and the kitchen is very functional with a great open room and beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Victoria is about a 25 minutes drive away (depending on traffic) but the suite is close to many amenities including stores, restaurants, the Victoria Airport and the ferries to Vancouver. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This place was great! Fresh, clean and comfortable place. We had no issues at all, access was great and private. Host is also very nice easy to communicate with and responds quickly. I highly recommended staying here! Also the shower is awesome!! Close to lots of amenities if we are back this way we will try to stay here again. Thanks for having us

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches and the neighborhood was darling and near amenities- a grocery store, some quick restaurants and a Starbucks were nearby and the beach and a cute park were right down the road! Victoria was a short, convenient drive away. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay for our family trip, and look forward to staying again someday!

words can’t describe how amazing this home is! the view of the olympics and beach access made our vacation truly special! the home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels, a few toys for the kiddos, books and even binoculars! we will absolutely be back!

Seven of us stayed a week and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely try to stay here again. The house was perfect on a quiet street steps away from the fantastic Cook Street Village. It was about a 20 min walk to downtown but the loveliest walk as we often went through the park seeing peacocks and deer. The beds were very comfortable and the first floor was such a wonderful space to hang out with lots of seating for all of us and we actually ended up cooking quite a bit because the kitchen was so well equipped. Drew was also the friendliest host we've ever had on an Airbnb as well. I highly recommend this house!

Huge home with all the needed amenities for our stay! Was very pleased to find a little closet of kids puzzles and books as well. My kids loved the gems and rocks that were collected around the home. Wish there was a little space where we could have found it what some of them were and where they were collected!!

We stayed for only one night and had a pleasant stay. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the cat very lovely and good company for stargazing!

Great place to spend our time in Victoria - beautiful views, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Parking included which was a bonus considering the location. Dustin was very responsive and helpful in getting us settled. Highly recommended!

This unit was a great stay. The kitchen is well-stocked. We cooked our breakfasts here and felt we had everything we needed. The view is incredible. The photos don't compare to how lovely the view of the sunset and harbour is in person. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Location is convenient - near everything. Only gets noisy outside on Fri/Sat nights because the Sticky Wicket is nearby - this is expected at any downtown location near pubs.

The Airbnb itself and host were great! Super comfortable beds and bedding, extremely clean and had everything I needed. The building was nice and the outdoor sitting area and pool were also a perk. The check in time was a bit late and the check out time was quite early but I made it work. The check in and check out were a bit complicated as well. I understand this is due to the way the building operates and the instructions were clear + Wayne was helpful but I see how the whole process and key situation could be confusing for some. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would stay again!

My wife and I had a phenomenal stay at this Airbnb. Nestled in the city's heart, it provided a stunning view of the iconic Empress Hotel. The pool and hot tub access added a layer of luxury, perfect for relaxation after city exploration. Our hosts were attentive, ensuring our comfort at every step. This Airbnb is a splendid choice for couples seeking a luxurious city stay. Eagerly awaiting our return visit!

Perfect fit for our Victoria adventure!

Nice place. Great location Closet was small and furnishings were a bit out of scale and dated. Pillows were mis matched. Kitchen was clunky with no oven just a toaster oven. Noise from the garage door and cars coming and going was irritating. Kit drawer did not work, and drawer front was separated. Threshold to bath was splintered. Overall just needed some careful maintenance.

We rented for a month, so we got to know the ins and outs of the building and the neighborhood. When we were searching our biggest concerns were: location, view, parking and pricing. Grace's condo is small but easily adequate for two active people (who like to cook) for a month's stay. Everyday we took long walks along the harbor. The best walk is to immediately cross the Johnson St. Bridge and follow the Songhees Walkway which goes 3km to the west. We saw herons and owls, otters and seals. Victoria has a homeless issue which is something one cannot avoid noticing. However, we did not feel unsafe at any time. There are neighborhood supermarkets within walking distance, though food prices are really high (about double) compared to the Superstore or the Costco in Langford, which is a 20min drive away. Grace's apartment has excellent parking and seems to include overhead racks for kayaks! We did not inquire about these, but there seem to be many free spaces. Enjoy!

An oasis on Vancouver Island. Rick was a great host. Very accommodating and quick to respond when we had any questions. A beautiful home with beautiful surroundings.
