We are conveniently located near Old Town, CSU and the paved Poudre Bike Trails. Offering a clean comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchenette for light cooking. Because of our location we do not have access to Wi-Fi, but we do have a nice big screen tv with Direct TV and a VHS collection +player for entertainment.
