A smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus. Located within walking distance from the historic Bullwacker’s Saloon & Steakhouse and Oak Park, where you can spot wildlife including deer or turkey, and hike an easy trail.

The home is located in the Historic Deadwood Presidential neighborhood, that sets on the side of the cliff overlooking Deadwood, with magnificent mountain views. Walking distance to all attractions - , restaurants, casinos, concerts, nightlife, museums and fitness center. Just steps away from everything Deadwood has to offer - literally - 116 steps down into the gulch. The Deadwood City Rec & Aquatics fitness center is located at the base of the stairs, and stones throw from the apartment.

You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full stand-up shower. The 43" smart TV makes streaming your favorite shows easy. While the studio is small (225 sq ft,) it is clean and cozy, and if anything is needed to make one's stay more comfortable, we will do what we can to accommodate requests.

Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Studio has king sized bed, full bathroom, kitchenette w/ lg. fridge, microwave,toaster oven, coffee maker, etc . Outdoor parking or covered parking is available in inclement weather.

Just blocks from downtown, this Main Street unit is perfect for a weekend with friends, family vacation, or a couples' getaway! We are proud owners of this 1920 building and take pride in the remodel we have done. This unit has a fun adventure theme to it. Guests are able to use the backyard for gatherings, yard games. This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

This home, is on Deadwoods Historic Registery and located on Historic Main Street, just a couple blocks from the action! Features include a full kitchen, full bath, queen sized bed, laundry facilities, and a nice front deck. There is high speed wifi and a 40" Roku capable TV. Parking is in a private lot.
