Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bitte zukünftig größere Handtücher anbieten, bei erwachsenen Männern ist das sonst eine leichte Qual.

Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung waren einfach wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Es war definitiv ein Ort, an dem wir uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir 4 Mädels wurden sehr herzlich von Renate in Empfang genommen und haben uns sofort in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es neben einem hübschen Blumenstrauß noch Renate‘s selbstgemachten Apfelstrudel, ein Fläschchen Sekt und im Kühlschrank befand sich bereits unser Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen. Die Unterkunft erfüllt alles, was die Fotos im Inserat versprechen und die Lage ist einfach nur genial. Das äußerst saubere Häuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im großzügigen Garten gibt es viele Plätzchen, um zu Verweilen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Pool und Whirlpool sind zusätzliche Highlights, obwohl wir wegen dem regnerischen Wetter lediglich den Whirlpool nutzen konnten. Renate hatte uns mit genügend Vorschlägen für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Gegend versorgt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen!!!

Wspaniały kontakt z gospodarzem, miejsce przewyższa najśmielsze oczekiwania, czysto, schludnie i bardzo dużo przestrzeni. Definitywnie wrócimy w lecie :)

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Das Haus ist wirklich so, wie man es den Bildern nach erwartet. Ein Wohlfühlort mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet für große Gruppen. Der Garten, die Sauna, der Pool sowie die geräumigen Gemeinschaftsräume garantieren eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Liebe Sabine, wir haben uns rund um zufrieden. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Die Schafsofas war sehr bequem. Unsere Eltern und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können nur sagen "Daumen nach oben"! Gute Zeit!!! LG Nina

The apartment was very nice and in a great area to explore Bavaria with easy rail access to Munich. Rosalind was proactive with instructions and very welcoming on our arrival. Some great information was given for local amenities and ideas for great walks in the Bavarian Alps. Thank you for your terrific contribution to a great time 😊

Die Unterkunft war super. Wir haben zwar trotz einer Person weniger den vollen Preis gezahlt, aber da die Unterkunft echt groß und sonst auch super war, ist das in Ordnung. Lage war auch super. Haben genug gassi Möglichkeiten mit unserem tierischen Begleiter gefunden. Für die Kinder waren Sachen zum malen und spielen vorhanden. Küche war super ausgestattet und sauber. Auch das nette Schild zur Begrüßung war von Hand geschrieben und hat uns ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Victoria war sehr nett und hat immer zügig geantwortet:-)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Ferienhaus gab es viel Infomaterial für die Umgebung. Der Vermieter war gut zu erreichen

Die Wohnung von Andreas ist sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, das Bad ist modern und sauber, die Kinderspielecke liebevoll ausgestattet und die Wohnküche sehr gemütlich mit dem kleinen Ofen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus, alles ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Es gab viel Platz für uns (6 Erwachsene und ein Hund). Auch perfekt für 8 Personen mit Kindern, denn es gibt 4 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Das Haus war sehr warm, aus diesem Grund haben wir die Kamine nicht benutzt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der grosse Balkon/Terasse mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Berge und der Grillplatz. Es ist ein wirklich ruhiger Ort.

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Wir waren über Fasching 1 Woche zu zwölft da & alle fanden es toll. Perfekte Lage zum Skifahren (Zugspitze-Bahn 2 min zu Fuß), ruhig, tolle Aussicht & schöne Terrasse. Es war eine gelungene Woche & wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩! Und vielen lieben Dank an Anneliese, die immer sofort reagiert hat, wenn wir Fragen hatten ☺️!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Steffi ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Person. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke Steffi für deine Gastfreundlichkeit!

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur ein Traum! Danke Sergej für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Ein unfassbar schönes, geräumiges und exklusives Haus. Die gesamte Gegend ist schön ruhig, mitten in der Natur und lädt zu netten Ausflügen in der Region ein. Der Whirlpool und die Terrassen sind einfach nur traumhaft! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann abschalten. Ich würde jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen und wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Region bin diese auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen!👍

Very good location, great communication with host, practical double apartment for larger group. Close to the center of Seefeld (nice little town), and shops, restaurants, cafes. Beautiful surroundings with access to many hike tracks or paths for walks.
