The Poolhouse

The Poolhouse features two bedrooms: a queen room with an en-suite bath, and a twin room with a separate shower. The twin room includes a loft sleeping area with a single bed, accessed by a ship’s ladder with a safety railing. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

Our ' Mud Cottage' was built in the 1930's using the traditional way of building with the mud / clay of the area, cow dung and straw We restored the cottage using these same methods and the result is a our authentic, cosy mud cottage that will take you back in time. In keeping with the rest of The School, Mud Cottage is rustic chic, quaint & quirky, it will you take back to a time of simple tastes and homely comforts.
