It has a fine outlook: the front window looks onto the river and cobbled streets of Leith, Edinburgh's port city, now regenerated into an upmarket residential and recreational area. The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. This is a chic, comfortable apartment.
