"Little Brick House" in the Heart of Rio Grande,OH

Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay overnight in a mini storage? Probably not, lol! But if you’ve ever watched HGTV, you’ll see that people across the country are creating short term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things from shipping containers and barns to old warehouses and yurts. In Cross Lanes, WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short term rental out of the storage unit! Conveniently located just off I 64 and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras casino.

Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 100 year old 4 square home was previously home to dentist office to a local dentist for many years. Located in the historical district of Main Street;this property is within 2 blocks of the world’s only Mothman museum. Shops, restaurants, river museum, flood wall murals displaying the history of Point Pleasant and the riverfront and Tui-endi-Wei parks are also some of the attractions within walking distance of the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.
