Villa Serventi which part is Duplex apartment is located on the Bay of Boka in a small traditional fisherman settlement called Lepetane which is near the Lepetane - Kamenari ferry, and close to the Islands 'Lady of Rock' and 'St George'. The villa is only 5km from the International Airport at Tivat. Vila Serventi is a 1 minute walk from the sea. Around the Villa is nice courtyard with Mediterranean plants, green areas, barbecue etc. Bay of Boka is described as being one of nicest places in Europe, with a lot of traditional places, churces from baroque and renaissaince periods, maritime museums, palaces etc. Kotor Old Town with lot of traditional churces and places (Catedrale St. Tripun, Churce of St. Giovani, Churce of St. Luka etc.) is just 12km far away from Villa. Closest city Tivat with beautiful Marina Porto Montenegro is just 7km far away from Villa. Near our property are Islands Lady Of Rock and St. George that we could offer to visit by boat - 2h excursion. Nearest bank is 5 km, supermarket 100m, restaurant 100m. Near our property are located tennis and football grounds.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
