Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Escape to a tranquil, adult-only, 1-bedroom cottage on 12 acres of peaceful hardwood forest. Spend the morning lazing on the screened porch or walk the trails & watch for deer and birds. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

This 1926 farmhouse has been fully renovated into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a 2 bed loft. Sitting on a country road in the heart of Smithonia, you're minutes from Watson Mill State Park, 2 of Georgia's historic covered bridges, Smithonia Farm & Events, and only 25 min from downtown Athens or UGA stadium. Perfect country getaway with front porch swing and rocking chairs; complemented with horseshoe pits, corn hole, and Adirondacks around a fire pit in the back. All surrounded by string lights.

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Take a morning walk down the sidewalk to local coffee shop and bakery, affordable or fancy dinner and lunch options available within two blocks. Our backyard is connected to a 6 acre wooded park. Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee.

Perfect for that game day get away, parents weekend, or business traveler wanting more space than a hotel room! Full sized bed in the bedroom with a double futon in the living area. This is a residence and the family lives upstairs. You have full access to the apartment with your own entrance.

We are located 25 miles from downtown Athens. Georgia sales tax has been included in the price.

Your host family lives upstairs above the guest space, and are available if you need help or suggestions on true "Athenian" restaurants or activities.
