This beautiful apartment is very cozy, clean, plenty of space and is located in the center of everything. This place is great for 4 people with 2 big bedrooms. This was not an issue for me but it may be an issue for an elderly person, using the stairs to get up to the apartment. The stairway is narrow, but that’s to be expected when you have an older home. Our host responded very quickly, he was very helpful making sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always responded in a timely matter. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this place.

The place was just as described and very clean. It is a basement unit apartment so if you have issues with stairs this would be a bit of a challenge. Overall it was a wonderful and served me well!

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Great place. Mariana answered all our questions super fast and very effective. The appartment is very well located with many options close to eat. The appartment was very nice: clean and it had everything we need. We will come back for sure!

Amazing price and amazing place to spend Halloween! Great places to eat and adventure around! The house was peaceful but had very friendly atmosphere with the neighbors. If I could have Andrea be the host for every air bnb I would be greatful knowing I have someone that's reliable and great with communication. She will treat you right and has great recommendations!

The place is perfect!

We had a pleasant stay at Jurek’s place. Regina was very responsive and helpful in providing guidance. It’s in a good location, very walkable to Davis’ Square where all amenities are. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

Everything was great! The one issue for some might be the distance from the location you get the key to the location of your front door. It is a bit of a walk. It did not bother my family at all, but if you are not very mobile I could see it being an issue. --- But the location and the room were outstanding. I have not complaints and I am very happy with trip. I will stay again in the future!
