Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Wake up to the birds singing, and go to sleep with the owls calling. The cottage has grown from a love of design and wood - it is hand crafted by a Master Craftsman. Each nook and cranny reveals another handcrafted detail. It sits within beautiful gardens, with an abundance of wildlife for all to enjoy. Enjoy meandering through our ancient woodland.

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

Mistletoe shepherds hut with hot-tub on farm

Our charming honeysuckle shepherds hut sleeps two people and is set in a beautiful orchard in rural Herefordshire. The hut is situated on a working farm so you'll see lots of animals including cows, pigs, chickens and ducks. It has a comfy double bed, kitchen and ensuite with full toilet and shower. It also has a cosy log burner for those colder nights. The hot also boasts a wood fired hot tub, Perfect for a romantic couples getaway in a picturesque location.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
