We picked this house because we were travelling with our dog, it was near an event we came for, and the yard was fully fenced. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We found local hiking, dog friendly restaurants and even an awesome dog park near by. The house was equipt with what we needed and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and we had some deer visitors in the front yard both nights. 100% will stay again and looking forward to our next visit.

What a great house! Checking out WAS such sweet sorrow because we wanted to stay. From coffee on the front porch to drinks in the backyard, everything is just right and “spot on” in this home. The kitchen and dining areas are inviting, comfortable, and stylish. Ample electrical outlets everywhere. A giant tree provides dappled shade in the backyard. Cafes, salons, bars, and diners are everywhere in the friendly neighborhood. One guest wrote that they were eager to be done with the touristy stuff so as to get back to the house, and we felt the same way. The green upholstered dining room chairs are soooo comfortable. Plus, it is an amazingly sweet deal. Talk about bang for the buck, this price point guarantees no regrets. Thanks a million for the hosting!

This is a place of return! I will definitely come again! It was like being at home, safe and clean! Everything that was advertised. Our Host was that best, very accommodating! She answered all my questions in a timely manner. I recommend this house for Air B & B purposes most definitely!

We enjoyed Christian’s home for our family vacation. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Pac-Man machine and other games. The screened in patio was nice to enjoy the sunsets. The house is in a quiet subdivision with quick access to the main road to get to downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. A Walmart and Aldi are available about 10 mins away.

Great place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and gorgeous home. Comfortable beds, cool kitchen (w/ cooking equipment), and relaxing outdoor areas. Host was clear and concise with expectations. Would stay here if I came back!

Enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Plenty of closet space, showers were great, hot water for all 7 of us. Plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Coffee maker with Folgers coffee and filters on hand for our use. Loved the ninja toaster oven too. The heated pool was at 86 degrees for our whole trip! Plenty of floaties, great fenced backyard; beautiful pergola, fire pit, bbq grill and putting greens! There is a gun club a few miles away so don’t be surprised if on occasion you hear some practicing when you are outside. Neighborhood overall very quiet and inside house very quiet. Nearby restaurants like Skidaway BBQ take out, Mexican restaurants, and pizza. Easy 12-15 minutes to downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island which is a must to visit.Kroger, Publix, Walmart nearby for groceries. Pool table, ping pong, games for inside fun. We would definitely stay here again.

The air bnb was perfect for what we needed! We had absolutely no issues & the owners were very responsive! I’d definitely recommend the townhome!

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (4 und 1 Jahr) verreist. Das Haus und die Gegend ist perfekt für Familien. Spielplatz und Pool gleich um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 Minuten entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man in Savannah und kommt auch sonst überall schnell hin. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war alles da, was man sich gerade als Familie mit kleinen Kindern wünscht… Hocker, Kinderstuhl und vor allem die Treppenabsperrung haben wir sehr geschätzt. Raquel hat an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und fahren mit weinenden Augen. Wir kommen wieder!

great place for long stay, the kitchen is well equipped and plenty of room. very near Daffin Park for a run in the afternoon, close to Aldi and Wholefood market for grocery.

Everything is just as promised, with a few pleasant surprises. The host reached out to us to offer early check-in, and a service to pick-up groceries for us. There were lots of reassuring communications as we were planning our girls trip. The beds were comfortable, with really soft sheets. The game room was super cute and a fun place for us to hang out. The whole house was clean and beautifully furnished. The neighborhood is a developing neighborhood that doesn't quite match the pristine inside of the house, though we felt comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Christopher’s house was just as described and fit our group of 9 well, comfy beds and everything you need for a long weekend trip - the 2nd bathroom being in one of the bedrooms caught us by surprise but didn’t end up being an issue. Christopher was communicative through the whole trip, gave good local recommendations and we had 0 issues. Quick uber ride to get around the city and we spent a day out at Tybee Island as well. Great place to stay!

This property has it all! The house is in a fantastic location that’s walkable to any destination in the historic district. The attached garage made it possible to keep our SUV secure without having to worry about finding parking. Michael is a great host! We’re looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend this property!

Cassie always goes out of her way to help we love staying there and will continue to enjoy it there. It is a beautiful place very quiet and we love to fish there or just hide out from the rest of the world.. Thank you Cassie for being such a great host.

This is my second time staying here and I have loved it both times! I love that there is plenty of parking and space within the house. It is in a great location!
