Peaceful, accommodating, views were spectacular and we really couldn’t ask for more out of a place to get and enjoy for a few days. We will be back for sure.

Fabulous location right across from main beach. Jolanta has put a lot of thought into making sure everything you need for a great stay is in her condo. We really appreciated this. She also was great at answering our questions. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the decks outside. We did have some noisy neighbors upstairs one night but otherwise a quiet peaceful stay. Pool is beautiful and although we didn’t use the tennis courts they were nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, Jim’s unit is clean & well-kept as is the resort grounds & public areas. Staff in the office and outdoor maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Jim replied quickly to our emails and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests for early deliveries. Definitely recommend renting his unit!

This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

William was a great host and his home had everything we needed for our stay. The distance to the bay and private beach were both perfect and we even got to see a few dolphins in the bay in the morning! We will definitely be back!

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

David's listing was in a great location, very close to Anna Maria Island. The views are as the picture shows, and there is plenty to do in the area. The bikes provided were a bonus to explore the at least two nearby preserves and hiking trails. There are nearby public beaches, one is on the other side of the island and can possibly be biked to and the others are right over the bridge into the island. I appreciated David's responsiveness when I had questions. He was helpful and wanted to make our stay enjoyable.

The place was great! Very comfy. The best part was the it had a pool and direct beach access. Not to mention she had a lot of great beach/pool items in the condo that we could use!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

Great rental steps from beach access and close to downtown as well! Parking was convenient and the condo was very nice and spacious. Really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella as well that were available! Only negative is it is a 2 unit building so if the other renters are loud or not cleanly with the shared space (beach equipment, rooftop, staircase …etc) it may require a discussion. Would rent again!!!

My family had a wonderful vacation! Thank you Varinia for being very responsive and helpful. The suite is clean and has everything you and your family need. The private beach is 1 away 🤩 While other beaches were not cleaned up after last week’s hurricane, this one was just perfect. We will definitely come back here again.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

Our first visit to AMI. We loved the condo and being right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets right from our deck. Perfect condo for a couple. Walkable to local restaurants and Bridge Street area. We did not rent a car and used the free trolley and even Uber to go to dinner on LongBoat Key. Great stay. We hope to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Siesta Key! The views were stunning, and we really appreciated how easy it was to enjoy the beach—the unit came with everything we needed, from an umbrella and towels to a beach bag. Palm Bay Club has a beach attendant who set up lounge chairs right by the water for us each day. The kitchen was well-stocked, including coffee and coffee pot. TV had lots of channels and streaming options. We also made good use of the gym, and the fan in the room was a nice bonus for sleeping. Everything was very clean and well cared for—we were even greeted with swan shaped towels on the bed! Would definitely stay here again and have highly recommended this place to friends.
