The Rock-In Studio

The Rock-In is a self contained studio on the same property as our home. It is separated from our house by an undercover/BBQ area and has its own private entry. You will have your privacy but we are nearby if you want a chat or would like any information about the local area. The property is on the edge of the lovely Natimuk township and only a short 10min drive from Mount Arapiles/Djurite. Primarily suited for couples or individuals, but can accomodate two extra guests on a fold out couch

Air conditioned, WiFi and gas BBQ included. Access to picnic area and fire pit. Breakfast not included. A calm atmosphere to enjoy the waterfront.

Le Boudoir

Guests will stay in a large private studio apartment at the rear of our property. Studio is separate from our family home; it contains/includes: Queen-sized bed, Kitchenette; fridge, coffee machine, microwave, cook-top, toaster, kettle, sink. Bathroom contains a toilet, basin & shower (there are 2 steps into the shower). Single mattress available in case of an extra guest. TV, DVD player with movies, Split System A/C. No Wi-Fi. 100 meters from the Wimmera River. 1.5 km from downtown.

Rossmoyne

Rossmoyne’s a comfortable self contained unit attached to the main house with seperate access. Set on a 40 acre hobby farm on a the Grangeburne river with an easy 15 min’ walk into town, passing the Platypus nesting area & Botanical gardens. The owners raise cattle with 2 dogs, 4 cats & 1 friendly goat. A great, peaceful base to stay while you explore the region/attend events. With waterfalls and caves just 10-15 minutes away. Baby BBQ & trolley available on request.

The studio.nook, Encounter Bay

Attached to the main house, with private entrance at front, own ensuite and kitchenette, this self-contained studio at the back of Encounter Bay provides a cozy nook to return to for those wanting to explore Victor Harbor and surrounds, or spend a few nights relaxing solo. This has one queen size bed and you’ll need a car to get around as we are up the hill. Please read property description for more info.

Whitby House is set in a lush garden, and features rooms decorated with old world charm. It offers a private, self-contained arrangement, with a separate entrance. It can accommodate between one to four guests. Whitby House features a lounge/dining room, kitchenette, large bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms. A cot and baby bath are available upon request. The space is NOT shared with other guests.
