Besides being brand new, you find yourself in the best of both worlds—just down the street from vineyard and Orem, 4 miles from UVU and 7 miles from BYU. Just 5 miles from Provo canyon and all that Utah's mountains have to offer . On the other side we have the booming area of American Fork and Lehi Traverse Mountain shopping outlets. 2 minutes from freeway, and close to any restaurant and shopping you could ask for!

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

It is cozy, boasting plenty of room for 2 or 3 people. It is comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All beds, furniture, appliances, dinner ware, WiFi T.V., washer and dryer are brand spanking new.

This private guest suite in Cedar Hills is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mt. Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
