Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

The apartment is adorable and really well stocked. It was really easy to load up the little cart with beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella and cross the street over to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and a nice big fridge. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although the space was small it was efficiently laid out and very comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the owners and host. Nice little touches throughout. I would stay here again.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

This was my 2nd year in a row staying at Peter’s property and even though Hurricane Milton had just come through in October of last year, Peter had the place spotless and renovated, ready for us to stay. He’s always very helpful and communicative in making local recommendations and make sure we had some shark tooth hunting supplies waiting for us when we got there. I look forward to staying there again soon.

We really enjoyed this property. Just a few blocks to the beach and a few blocks to shopping and restaurants. Grocery store was a short drive. Karen was quick to respond. Wifi worked great. It had everything se needed in the kitchen. I appreciated the household supplies available like tp, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. ( have stayed places that give you just one roll of tp and just the garbage bag in the bin). Thank you!

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

Daiana’s house was perfect for our family’s beach vacation. We had 3 adults and a 2 year old. The house had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious. Daiana even shipped a new beach umbrella and a cooler to the house for us. The walk to the beach is very short, maybe two minutes. This is the most private beach we have ever been to in Florida, we were the only people on the beach almost every single day. Daiana was extremely responsive and always willing to help. We enjoyed the game room, we spent a few evenings there and our 2 year old loved all the toys. We can’t wait to come back!

Chris and Kalyn were great hosts! We had a couple of questions while we were staying there and they were extremely responsive to all of our needs! The house is gorgeous. We had a couple young kids with us so the stairs were a little tricky but manageable! The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall great stay!

This was the perfect home for a quick getaway. An older home but clean, cozy and comfortable. Great screened in porch for coffee sipping in the morning. Beds were comfortable and have no complaints. It is in an older neighborhood and fairly far from things but we loved it!

Loved how it was steps from the beach 🏖️ everything was amazing! Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Wir reisten mit vier Erwachsenen Personen an und die Unterkunft hat von der Größe her für die drei Tage, die wir da waren, komplett ausgereicht. Es war alles äußerst sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar für einen perfekten Strandtag hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und sogar ein kleiner Wagen für den Transport waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

Home was very clean and tidy, I liked the space and all the accommodations it had. Although the home still had left over food from previous guests it was still clean. The only issue i had was finding where the “pool” was that was shown in the listing aswell as a hammock, bikes and beaches were farther than anticipated. Aside from that we were very comfortable and would recommend to future guests!!

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Clean and comfortable, this was the ideal stay for us. Location can't be better, close to beach and town. Loved it!

Loved this location! Easy access to all water types... gulf ocean, Lemon Bay, and a nice pool. Walking distance to several great restaurants including one with live music every night. Great place and a very friendly, communicative host. Will happily stay there again.

I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!
