We welcome you to our country cabin, a wonderful place for a couple’s getaway or quiet corner all to yourself. Enjoy the clean, country air and starry night skies away from city lights; on a quiet, low traffic road facing woods and farmland with field, pond, and forest behind. We are just across the field from a working dairy farm and less than a mile from the dairy farm store and creamery where you can find fresh meat, eggs, milk, and some of the country’s best hand-dipped ice cream!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. The home is set at the edge of the woods with great porch sittin' and a large front yard and fishing pond. Enjoy sitting around a campfire or snuggle up by a the cozy wood burning stove.

You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Enjoy peace and quiet! The home offers many comforts and conveniences while being situated on 31 wooded acres. This is a remote, secluded location that allows you to relax, but if you do want to get out and enjoy some attractions, below are some approximate driving times. These towns offer the closest shopping so you may want to come prepared with your needs. Livingston- 25 minutes Celina- 25 minutes Gainesboro- 30 minutes Cookeville- 45 minutes

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.
