Kuća je okružena privatnom okučnicom, u kojoj se nalazi zajednički roštilj. U blizini apartmana nalaze se ljekarna , pošta , bankomat, autobusno stajalište , te restorani i kafići. Najbliža plaža udaljena je samo 1,5 km od apartmana.

Four of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One ground-floor bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom, but there is a bathroom located right next to it. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
