The area is rich in wildlife and perfect for walking, cycling, fishing, bird/nature watching or simply relaxing. The village of Longtown is nearby (2 miles) with its very own 12th century castle, a traditional local pub/restaurant and an excellent shop selling local produce .

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The guest suite, including shower room is on the first floor, with own entrance and stairs. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Guests have use of a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

The views of the Black Mountains are exceptionally beautiful from this lovely cottage in a very peaceful farm location overlooking the Llanthony Valley, 10 miles from Abergavenny. There is a log fire and underfloor heating in cold weather. Ideal for a relaxing escape. Wonderful walks from the doorstep in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Uncrowded hills and 2 pubs nearby. The historic Llanthony Priory has an atmospheric bar in the cellar with excellent evening food.
