Please note that Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool and they can be rented together as a 3 BR villa.

Our guest apartment is off the beaten path in Little Bay, Tortola. If you are looking for an area close to bars and night life, this is not the area for you. If you are looking for solitude, definitely book us. Our neighborhood has a beach that is in walking distance or a quick drive. A 4WD vehicle is necessary as our property is situated high in the hills of Little Bay. We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to the BVI and to our lovely home.
