On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

We had a restful stay. Easy to find and park. Pamela’s communication was excellent and we felt welcome and at home. The facilities were everything we needed and more. The area is lovely and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We very much hope to return next time we are in the area, and would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had a fantastic 2 night stay at Laurence’s place following our flight to Gatwick airport from the US. It is exactly as described with a wonderful choice of restaurants nearby as well as multiple beautiful walking trails. Laurence is an extremely welcoming and helpful host and provided suggestions of where to eat and go for walks. The kitchenette had tea and coffee and milk as well as oats and muselli for breakfast so we didn’t have to go out to eat the morning after we arrived. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable with wonderful linens. The bathroom was very spacious with a large tub and shower combo. We could not have asked for a better stay on our first 2 nights in England.

With the right facility and environment, our stay felt really like at home and not at some serviced apartment. So yes, we slept like a baby at night.

Beautiful home quiet and close to friends. Gordon and Viv were amazing hosts. Our flight ran late for our check in but they were right there to greet us once we arrived. Accommodated our check out time to fit our flight schedule. We will definitely stay again.

A great base for 3 adults and a child of four. Comfortable and clean, lots of books, games and equipment for children inside and plenty to use outside if the weather improves. We were visiting for an Interview and I,m glad to say we will be moving to the area soon.

A lovely place to stay for a few days in Orpington. Short distance from the station using the shortcut.

I had a winderful stay in the annex. It was just the cozy retreat I needed after a day in London or out visiting relatives further afield. The location is very convenient and Sunita is a welcoming and accommodating host, very mindful of your privacy.

I had a wonderful time in this studio in Rickmansworth. it was bijou with everything very cleverly designed to make use of the space. The sofa bed was extremely comfy. The TV was superb with loads of channels. The WiFi excellent. Kettle and free teabags. if you like coffee there's a machine and free pods. An excellent small fridge. A microwave very handy for eggs. A sink for washing up. A table with cutlery. Lots of other things like a hair dryer etc etc. The shower was brilliant. Fresh towels provided. A very useful cooler. A nice patio. Parking outside was easy. Rachel organised the virtual permit. The road is quiet and I slept well. There is an m and s and Waitrose nearby. Lots of coffee shops and pubs and restaurants Only 40 mins into London on the nearby tube. A great base for exploring London. eg museums and Wembley stadium. Communication was excellent. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Stephen and Stefanie were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We have two young children and there was a wonderful playroom to keep them occupied. Amenities were easy to use and clean. Would definitely come back!

Perfect place, very friendly for families and toddlers, the garden was great we fell in love with the squirrel. Dana and Benjamin are great owners theor hospitality was great.

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

This is my first time renting a house through Airbnb, and I am very pleased with the house I have rented. Kay and Ade are the perfect hosts. The annex is very new and fully equipped. The living environment is very quiet. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the following places: the Basingstoke Canal, with its stunning scenery; Tesco Express, where you can replenish what you need; and Ash Vale train station, which is convenient for travel. So, highly recommended.

A great find. Gills place was lovely and quiet in a beautiful area . Plenty of local amenities nearby and a comfortable little place for a lone traveller or couple to enjoy. Would happily stay again if in the area. Many thanks

This place was an ideal size and done to a great standard. very clean and not far from the high street. highly recommend for a couple.

Hilary and Jamie are wonderful hosts. We felt so welcome and at home at their place. The space is comfortable and charming and set in such beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, right by the long walk and close to Windsor Castle and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.
