In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!
