Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

No separate bedroom. Limited initial limited supply of products/soaps/towels. Common use W/D across from unit. This is a small studio at 330 sq ft. It has been recently remodeled. Grounds, unit, pool recently renovated due to hurricanes.

My Peaceful place on the bay.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, friendly and 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.
