Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. Inside, you will find 1,200sq.ft. of cozy, open-concept living- complete with a propane fireplace for chilly nights and a 'Game Corner' to keep the kids entertained. After a long day of hiking the 21 waterfalls, rinse off in the outdoor shower and head to the firepit. We're pet friendly!

Quiet, secluded property with private entrance. Located on 10 acres, approximately 5 miles from Ricketts Glen state park. We have ponds stocked with fish, picnic areas, woods, and wildlife. It is a great place for a weekend getaway. There a many restaurants relatively close by to go get dinner at as well. Our property has limited wifi and cell phone service, perfect for an unplugged getaway.

We have rentals situated next to Ricketts Glen State Park. This is our park model cabin from Lancaster log cabins! We also have a camper and medium sized cabin. Ricketts Glen boasts 22 waterfalls.
