High speed internet, cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc..Driveway parking. No Pets. No Parties. No smoking. We are fully vaccinated. COVID cleaning protocols

In 2024 we added an above ground heated pool to relax or splash around in! The large oversized 2 car garage is awesome to store your fishing gear or belongings! Hop on the E-Bikes for a quick cruise to the park or to go view a sunset at Showse Park. (A nearly 20 acre park with awesome lake views)
