High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. The entire unit is aired out, cleaned and disinfected after each stay. All linens (including blankets & comforter) are washed after every stay. And there is NO CLEANING FEE charged.

Although the cabin is small, the 220sqft patio overlooking the river will not disappoint. Our intimate cabin offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, with the added luxury of a private hot tub. The space has been thoughtfully designed in order to maximize the square footage!

Downtown Guesthouse #1

Cozy little guesthouse in downtown Loveland. Wide selection of restaurants, bars/breweries, boutiques, & live music all within a mile. Located downtown near busy streets and a train track, so expect some road noise and whistles. Also, being downtown we do have a houseless population. Have not had any issues thus far, but we want guests to be aware of them. Great driving proximity to fun CO things (~45 mins to Estes Park/RMNP).
