Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Welcome to our modern Guesthouse located in picturesque Shotover Country, Queenstown. With stunning views of the Remarkables, you'll be able to soak in the breathtaking scenery from the comfort of your own private retreat. The space is perfect for couples or families with kids, with one cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen bed and the lounge has a pull-out couch for the little ones. You'll find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.

Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Enjoy access via a private footpath to the Shotover River, QT Trail and 165 acres of adjoining DOC land with its own network of hiking and mountain biking trails. You will be surrounded by nature, yet only a 15 minute drive to both Queenstown and historical Arrowtown. Have it all! :)

Henrietta's Hut

Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer.

Garden Studio

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
