All modern facilities; wet room, underfloor heating, etc. Nestled in a historic market town, (Gateway to The Southern Broads) full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, outdoor lido and boating. Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Hot tub & Sauna Coastal Getaway with Fire Pit

Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, this seasonal static caravan is the perfect getaway for couples, families and solo travellers. This tiny home has recently been upgraded with a sauna and a whirlpool bath/hot tub complimented with an LED rainfall shower and of course has all the comforts of a double bed, a smart TV, a spacious open dining and sitting areas, and a large decking area for relaxing. Please note this still a small space and access to the whirlpool bath can be tricky.

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Bright and airy two-bedroomed caravan with decking and patio area. Very quiet and in a corner spot next to woodland, close to marina, lovely secluded walks. Restaurant and bar within minutes walk. Gym, pool and sauna on site (details provided if requested). Beach is 10 minute drive or can access public transport just outside park. Theme park and wildlife park nearby Numerous bars and restaurants and places of interest. Train station within walking distance.

No83 is a modern and contemporary Chalet, fully equipped and located in the heart of Oulton Broad; perfect for a family holiday! Broadlands Park & Marina offers a peaceful setting on the picturesque Oulton Broad. No83 is just metres away from the Marina's leisure facilities and the on-site bar and restaurant, and is a five minute walk from Nicholas Everitt Park; a great location with The Everitt Park Café, children's playground, and an open space for dog walking.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Any guests booking in January and February will receive a complimentary bottle of Procescco upon arrival.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Seaside Escape

Cosy double en-suite bedroom in Lowestoft with bath, high pressure shower and fast internet. The space is in a separate self contained annex at the rear of the house with parking spot & private entrance.
