First, don't worry about the dogs - they are so cute and super friendly! The pictures make the house look a little newer than it really is but it is very well maintained. It is nice to have a private pool. The island lost power a couple of times while we were there but we still felt comfortable and safe up on the mountain with beautiful views. If you want to feel like your really staying in Puerto Rico and not a tourist, this is a perfect spot!

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

Loved our stay! We were ten people - six adults and four kids, and the space was perfect for us. There is a tremendous amount of outdoor space with the pool and the upstairs hangout area (with pool table and dominos), so that the space is way bigger than just the inside of the house. We had a great time exploring the island. Fair warning, it is up in the mountains, so the 10-15 minutes of windy mountain road driving you add to every trip coming and going is a real thing, but there is enough stuff nearby (including a Wal-Mart) that it's not like you HAVE to go hours away to get your stuff. It was about 45 minutes to the airport. And, THAT VIEW, and the feeling of being in nature, totally makes up for the drive. Thanks again!

Excellent location and place! Great amenities, pool, basketball, racket ball court. 2 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time and it won’t be our last. The place has a pool in the backyard and beyond that is the beach. It is so quiet. The place is very clean and has everything you need !

What a gem! This place had everything we needed and more. Camila was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The home itself was beautifully clean, comfortable, and in the best spot—just a short walk to both the beach and the store. The backyard was a plus! It made for such a memorable trip. Would love to return! I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Overall, the place was nice. First off, couldn’t beat the location. Right across the street from the beach, with a nice view from the balcony. The beach is small, but it’s protected, so calm waters and it’s good for little kids with lots of natural shade. It is a bit of a hike to the community pool though. The unit itself was clean, well furnished and stocked. The kitchen was a little tight, fine for one person working, but if two of us were in there, we were bumping into each other. Looks like there might have been some updates to the bathrooms, but overall, the unit was a little dated. So if you’re looking for ultra modern and luxurious, it’s not the place for you. But it was a good value for what it is and the location. The whole team was very responsive. Only bad thing to say was the shower in the master never got warm, even with letting the water run for a few minutes before getting in per their response to our concern.

We have stayed at the Casitas before (in a different unit) and love the location. Lots to do from beaches, rain forest, boat trips or just lounging at the gorgeous pools. The place is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Our two complaints were that it could get quite noisy as the balconies faced the road with golf carts going back and forth and we did lose power (no fault of the unit owner) and there is no back-up generator. We still had an amazing time, and in-truth was better without electronics!

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Ocean Casa has one of the most gorgeous views you’ll ever experience! I could sit out on the veranda every day and take in the natural beauty of the ocean, smaller islands and the lovely town of Las Croabas. The house was comfortable and modern, and the pool was fabulous! Yadira was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

I booked Rosa's home with my husband and another couple. The house is truly lovely and looks just like the pictures, including the phenomenal views and great location. There were so many wonderful details that made it feel like you were stepping back in time! The kitchen and baths were well provisioned, as well the house in general. Additionally, although we experienced a blackout while we were there, Rosa and Michael made it painless, graciously dropping off lanterns, phone chargers and lots of batteries. Highly recommend this lovely, historic home.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at La Casona for my birthday. The property, views and setting are astoundingly beautiful and exceeded our expectations; truly better than any photo could capture. Even better was that the views extend from every angle, there were no bad views. The home is stunning and well maintained. The rooms were all clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We embraced open air living and enjoyed the doors wide open on both floors the entire visit. The mini-split air conditioner was fantastic, strong and fast to cool down the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. The property was beautifully maintained and the wildlife (lizards, coquis, roosters and neighborhood cats) added to our experience; we felt so immersed in the beautiful nature of the tropics. There’s a convenient grocery store and Walgreens about 5 minutes away, and after food shopping we chose not to leave the property much at all! Truly an enchanting property and great hosts!

We had the most incredible experience at this vacation home in Puerto Rico for New Year’s Eve! From start to finish, the host and their team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that stood out was the host’s incredible diligence during a power outage on the island. They immediately provided us with battery chargers and flashlights cooler with ice to not to loose our food in the fridge to keep us comfortable and safe. Additionally, when we had an issue with the water heater, the team reacted so quickly and had it fixed in no time. Their responsiveness and care were unmatched! Puerto Rico is an amazing destination, and staying in this home made it even better. A huge thank you to the host and their team for making our New Year’s Eve unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! Sonia’s place was a perfect home away from home. Safe, peaceful, Near the beach, el Yunque and lots of delicious food. Enclosed backyard which was a delight for the kids, we will definitely stay at Ms.Sonia’s home again. Thank you for being flexible with time during our check in.

This place is absolutely stunning from the serene sounds of the rainforest, beautiful gardens, to the amenities, for those that are nature lovers like myself. My family & I loved being here & would love to come back in the near future!!

Where do I even begin? This was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, the setting was absolutely beautiful, and the whole place felt safe, peaceful, and private—exactly what we were looking for. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Alex, our local host, was amazing. He met us at the property, walked us through the security gate setup, and gave us the full rundown on how to make the most of the amenities. He was super friendly and responsive—anytime I had a question, he replied right away and made me feel totally at home. Communication through the Airbnb app was also on point. The team was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be rebooking this place for future trips with my family. If you want to be close to San Juan but tucked away in a private, upscale, and beautifully maintained spot—this is it. 5 stars!!!!

Use the linked map under 'get directions' on Airbnb and you will find it no problem, using just the address didn't work. Plenty of room for a big group. Kids had a blast in the pool and a beach within walking distance. The neighborhood feels very local authentic. The planes passing over didn't bother us. Do bring mosquito repellent, and only the downstairs unit has an oven, stoves in all three. We were able to park 3 cars. We had no issues, everything was clean and well maintained.

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

We brought our teen kids and our parents to this beautiful house! The views were extraordinary! We called it the million dollar view. The pool was amazing. The host gave us excellent recommendations for grocery and restaurants that were close driving. We ended up not wanting to go anywhere for dinner, because the view was just the best. We did all our breakfasts here and we cooked in two nights (they have so many staples in the kitchen) and we brought dinner home on the third night. We did not want to leave. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything and the deck was the place to be. We are so thankful that we were able to stay here and can’t wait to return! This place was also conveniently close to the rain forest (we went zip lining and for a picnic in El Yunque Nation Park, and did a snorkel trip) We would recommend this property 100%

AWL was an INCREDIBLE experience!! We canceled two days of plans just to stay here! The owner is so attentive and kind! He offers a night where he comes and sets up the bonfire for you! It was quiet, private and so secure! The whole place is pristine and beautiful! The parking was so convenient. The shower has great water pressure and hot water! It’s so clean and comfortable everywhere! There’s an outdoor shower with warm water as well! There’s also a bathroom by the pool! The washer made it so convenient to clean clothes and towels while relaxing in the pool. The pool is warm and there’s so many colorful lights that auto turn on at night that make the vibes immaculate! They’re so many amazing food/drink places nearby as well! Everything was so delicious everywhere we went! You hear/see so many beautiful birds in the morning. At night you’re serenaded by the beautiful sounds of the coqui frogs. 💕 This was the most AMAZING place I’ve ever stayed! I will DEFINITELY be booking again!! ?

I love visiting Puerto Rico this place allowed me to feel like I was at home while being there. The host was very communicative and very understanding we had an accident during our stay and he was more than understanding. Thanks and I look forward to my next stay
