Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

We are located between Lusty Glaze & Tolcarne beach, both just 5 minutes walk away. With towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf, lovely bars, restaurants & panoramic sunsets. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.
