The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

Moggy's Place is a two bedroom, maisonette flat spread across two floors. While being extremely central to Lyme Regis, it is tucked away enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the town and beach. The town's high street is a minutes walk away, with the beach being a stones throw further.
