Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Despite being so close to the High Street it is in a very quiet location. It is situated above a shop, totally self-contained, it sleeps 2. It has a superking size bed. Skylarks has a flat screen freeview smart tv and blue ray dvd player (also has 3D), free wifi, microwave, fridge, hob and shower room. Linen and towels provided free of charge.

A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
