Set within Exmoor National Park, this quaint cottage has been completely refurbished under new ownership. The delightful town centre of Lynton is on the doorstep with plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to explore. In short walking distance are many local attractions including Lynton Museum, The Valley of the Rocks, the South West Coast path and the famous Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway.

Enjoy a break at this peaceful cottage in the heart of Lynton. Just a 2 minute walk from the town centre and Lynton Cliff Railway. Easy access to Valley of the Rocks, surrounded by miles of beautiful walking paths and North Devon beaches. The house has recently undergone renovations and comes with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, laundry facilities and cosy living room with log burner. Two double bedrooms form the sleeping arrangements and guests can also enjoy outdoor space in the courtyard.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining table by the bay window overlooking the valley. There is also a contemporary bathroom with bath & shower over. Private entrance, parking for 1 car and outside dining area.

Bathed in afternoon sun and surrounded by woodland, Watersmeet Watch has river valley glimpses framed by the tree canopy. The open-plan living area opens onto a south-west facing balcony where you can hear the river and enjoy the warm light from early afternoon to dusk. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the master bedroom leads to its own private terrace which is perfect for peaceful mornings in the fresh coastal air. An additional WC adds convenience to this restful and inviting space.

This holiday cottage is perfect for families, walkers or cyclists who would like to explore the many footpaths and coastal walks that Exmoor has to offer; one famous footpath starts right from your doorstep! Many examples of the outstanding beauty of Exmoor are nearby including the Doone Valley, Valley of the Rocks, Woody Bay and the Brendon Hills.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

The Cottage at Woodlands is a modern ,contemporary self catering apartment that overlooks the beautiful west Lyn Valley with the sounds of birds and the distant rushing river. The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Sunny in summer and super cosy in winter.

Beautiful family house with spectacular views from most rooms across the Bristol Channel to Wales and over Lynmouth village.The house is situated directly on the South West coast path on the hill between Lynton and Lynmouth with easy access on foot to both with all their amenities.There are five bedrooms along with two sitting rooms .There is a lovely terrace with a small table overlooking the sea. There is off street parking for two cars.

A second floor apartment with views over the river to the sea and a private parking space. Clifton House is nestled in the heart of Lynmouth and is steeped in history, as the local Post Office it played a central part in the Louisa Lifeboat Overland Launch in 1899 and also the devastating flood of 1952. The doorway of Post House Interiors shop, underneath Clifton House, has a plaque showing the height the flood waters reached.
