The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
