Right next to the lift, but unlike the Village, this is one bedroom with no resort fee and no parking fee. Our condo offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and conveniences of home. The ski in ski out is so easy, you can stop by the condo for a bite for lunch and quickly return to the mountain. What a find for your Breckenridge vacation!

Stunning Views - Downtown - Base of Peak Nine

Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the Breck peaks from your 5th-floor condo - even from your king bed. You will be in downtown Breck. Inn at Peak 9 (in the Village). And just steps away from the QuickSilver lift, you can see if from your window. There is a new fitness center. My favorite is the indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by outdoor hot tubs. There is also a sauna, steam room, games, fitness center, pool table, and more. Parking is optional for an extra charge (see OTHER DETAILS).

Our mountain view condo is situated in the heart of Breckenridge, with the rear of our building at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the front of our building only steps to Main Street where you can find all the shops and restaurants you desire.

In Summertime, you'll hear the bubbling creek located just feet from your door, and the trailhead to the beautiful Sawmill Reservoir Trail is steps away at the Snowflake Lift.
