Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

It has all the features you'd expect in a home: bathroom with shower, 140x190 bed for two, kitchen with sink, fridge, and induction hob, & a comfy sofa all set in a smartly designed layout to maximize space without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Add in the large terrace and even larger garden and you've found your own private tiny paradise!

It has it`s own garden and 35m2 private patio with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and big transparent roof for you to enjoy it even if it rains! It has an upstairs bedroom with big bed (180x200) and on the ground floor a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen has all essentials appliances like dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle. The kitchen is modern, white high gloss. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower.

Out of ordinary life and errands, I find joy in arts and cousine and for me, there is no greater excitement than packing our Nissan Patrol for a new adventure. Hiša je primerna za par ali družino od 2 do 5 oseb. Ob rezervaciji vam je na voljo vsa hiša samo za vas. Posteljnina in brisače so vključene v ceno. Do Kobarida smo oddaljeni 5 minut vožnje z avtomobilom, do Bovca je 20 minut.
