The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Host Nicky is very responsive and attentive to our needs, we encountered issues during check-in; but he was able to sort it out in a timely manner. The property itself was comfy and feels like home, complete kitchen utensils is provided. The house looks neat, and cleaned properly. The Graham Bar was delicious, we selected Mango flavor. We'll surely comeback to taste the Oreo Mango Graham Bar. We're looking forward for new flavors of your Graham Bars :">>.

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

This is a spacious, simple, clean apartment with all the kitchen equipment you need. No clutter around. Two generous sofas. Almost at the top floor of the building, which has a spacious lobby. Gym and swimming pool available on floor 6. The host, Sweety (Rova June) is very responsive, and her helper, Ate Beth was always available next door if needed. One of the best neighbourhoods in Makati, near a nice park and very close to GreenBelt Outdoor Mall. A very good Airbnb in every way.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
