This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Grey House

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Guesthouse near Saratoga Lake

Our independent Guesthouse can welcome 4 people and is located close to the main house on our peaceful 7 acres Park. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day. Located 3 min away from the Saratoga lake rowing, 10 min away from the track, downtown and casino, 7 min away from Saratoga Horse Shows and Saratoga Polo School, and 15 min from SPAC Concerts. It is also close to many restaurants (The closest one is 3 min away), gas stations and golf courses for your convenience.

Convenient, quiet, safe location that is just off I-87 Exit 13 -within 6 miles from SPAC, Track, Saratoga Lake, and downtown. The apartment is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully provisioned. As hosts, we prioritize your privacy and offer a hassle free experience with super easy check-in/check-out and no cleaning fee. Please be aware that the bathroom shower in this space is compact.

Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

The Sunroom

Bring the whole family to this lovely house with plenty of space for lounging, board games, and movie nights! We have 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a couch large enough to sleep 2-3, as well as an extensive movie and board game collection. Nearby are Saratoga Springs (15min), SPAC (13min), Saratoga Racetrack (13min), Saratoga Lake (10min), Saratoga Spa State Park (10min), and Moreau Lake State Park (22min), as well as several wineries within 25min.

Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
