The home is in a great location with stores close by and a few minutes away from the Luquillo Kiosks.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

Exactly what I expected! Clean and easy to access. Directions were excellent.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

Location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. The house was very spacious and clean. The host provides all the essential necessities.

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

Always we have a good time @ Rio Mar, we love to spend family time every year @ Darios Villa. Beautiful Villa, Spectacular View, Peaceful neighborhood and very well-equipped place. 100% Recommended.

Thank you for allowing to stay at your place. Perfect location , weather was amazing. Pool was perfect and the house was spotless clean. The dogs next door would bark in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper they will wake you up but other than that the place was perfect

Marie’s place was very nice and I would definitely book again if I visit PR. She was very responsive & accommodating. Anything I had a questions about she responded and explained very well. The property was more than what we expected. The teenagers absolutely love the pool & we BBQ’ed the last day. Also, Marie doesn’t require a lot when checking out. I absolutely loved that she sent a message sending well wishes on our journey home. Thank you!!!

We loved our stay at the villa. The pool and hot tub were great and open till 10pm! It is not a far drive to the ceiba to take the ferry over to Vieques or Culebra. Also very close to the Marina in Fajardo to take a water taxi over to Cayo Icacos. Everything was very clean in the Villa, bed was comfy and the views are beautiful.

My family and I travel to PR yearly. We had orrignally booked at a different listing that turned out to not be a fit for my family despite the good reviews. There were too many issues that shouldn’t have been knowing your space is being used by anyone. I travel with husband and two toddlers. Sebastian’s place was a quick find, but also the perfect fit. Clean and well maintained residence, nice views of the area, responsive and near the areas we usually go to. Wish I would’ve booked here first! He worked with us and helped the trip to end well. The host/listing makes all the difference when you travel abroad and I’m so happy we got to experience a good outcome with Sebastian.

El lugar es espacioso, ideal para estar con la familia o amigos. La piscina y el patio es un buen espacio para celebrar cualquier ocasión especial. Buena localidad, a pocos minutos de playas bellas. Los cuartos, camas y aires en excelentes condiciones. El único detalle es que está justo al lado de una iglesia y la entrada y salida se hace complicado por los carros estacionados en los alrededores.

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

Darya's place was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of extra amenities. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen at an Air BnB and she had plenty of beach gear available to use. There was nothing extra that we wished for! The rooftop patio is amazing. I spent some time up there having morning coffee and reading my book in the afternoon. Beds are comfortable and the A/C is cool. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only noise we heard was from the frogs at night. Darya provided helpful restaurant and beach recommendations. We loved Lluvia and Mi Vida! Luquillo ended up being our favorite local beach (we went out to the west side of the island for more body surfing activities). Going into town in Rio Grande is so cute. I was really indecisive about what part of the island to stay on, and I am so glad I picked this area. Perfect distance from San Juan, laid back, great beaches, and close to El Yunque. Would stay at Darya's again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

feeling safe is extremely important to me and Juan's condo hit the mark along with a beautiful view. wish there was more room to fully unpack suitcases and instructions to operate TV. also appreciate having two bathrooms. highly recommend Juan's condo for a relaxing feel at home experience.

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

Staying at Adriana’s villa was an amazing experience and my friends and I are so happy we picked this location for our trip! We had a group of 7, so the villa was easily able to accommodate all of us and felt so homey and nice. The location was incredible and Adriana and Vivian were fantastic hosts as well. Always responsive and willing to offer help and suggestions

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable retreat with a large landscaped yard, an inviting porch for relaxing or reading. The inside was beautifully decorated from a turn of the century era--with thought put into comfort--great couch for hanging out, reading or watching tv. One of the most comfortable bed & pillows! This place exceeded our expectation. Should life find us in Puerto Rico again, we would definatey stay here again.

The location of the apartment is amazing, just besides the hotel give you the opportunity to walk to restaurants and bars. One of the best locations at Rio Mar. If you play golf, this is your best choice. Oscar is a great host. He responded to all my questions immediately and help me to find my lost eyeglasses.
