The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the cozy living area where we could unwind .The location was perfect—right on the beach and local restaurants ! We especially enjoyed the stunning views from the private patio/balcony, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea.The host went above and beyond, providing local tips and recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Its rare and a privilege to be able to stay in such properties! Extra bonus the hosts! Spetses at this house is an experience!

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

Wunderschöne, großzügige, ruhige Unterkunft mit einer großartigen Lage unmittelbar am Meer und einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Vor der Tür ein langer, feiner Strand zum Laufen, Joggen, Verweilen. Kurze Laufwege zum Bäcker, Café, Supermarkt, Restaurants. Ausgezeichneter Ort zur Erkundung der Umgebung und kultureller Highlights - Koroni, Methoni, Pylos, Kalamata, Messene, Stemnitsa Monastery, Wasserfälle,… Wundervolle, freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeberin!

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

Een mooie plek bij heel lieve en gastvrije mensen die ons ook met eten verrasten. We hadden de keuze om een van de appartementen op de bovenverdieping te nemen. Met 2 terrassen en uitzicht op de zee. Alles was schoon en netjes tot in details. We hadden ons kleine hondje bij ons. Georgia’s man tipte ons om zijn thuiswonend Elafonisi te bezoeken, wat ook heel bijzonder en mooi was. Vooral het wijde strand Simo daar met enorme surfgolven. Bij restaurant Ama Laxi, op de weg boven Neapoli, hebben we heerlijk kunnen eten. Het was nog maart, maar al open.

Η Χρυσούλη απαντούσε άμεσα. Όταν της ζητήσαμε ένα επιπλέον πάπλωμα, το παρείχε άμεσα. Μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα δικό της χώρο πέρα από την ώρα του check out έτσι ώστε να κάνουμε μια τελευταία βόλτα.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, σε πανέμορφο σημείο με καταπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ολοκαίνουριο και μοντέρνο. Πεντακάθαρος χώρος, απολύτως λειτουργικός και μελετημένος στην παραμικρή του λεπτομέρεια. Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναεπισκεφτούμε.

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

Beautiful accommodation facing the sea and in a very peaceful area. Selana the host was very kind and reactive to my messages. She made sure that I had the smoothest check-in possible. I also very much appreciated that she left me some supplies for breakfast in the fridge. I found all the necessary amenities available. I also had a restful night in a comfy bed. I definitely recommend!

Firstly, the location/ town of Tyros is so beautiful! It is so peaceful and has amazing restaurants & beach all walking distance. If you want to get away from busy tourists spots but see what Greece has to offer this is the place! The down side is how to get there. From Athens it’s about a 3 hour drive, we hired someone to drive us to and from which was costly but ideal for us rather than hiring a car as when you’re in Tyros you don’t need a car everything is walking distance/ bike ride. We really appreciated the cake, fruit and wine on arrival. The apartment was nice! I would have thought for the price point a kettle, toaster and tea bags would be provided. They also had bikes, canoes, paddle boards and a sun lounge. I was also hoping the pool would be a bit more private! you have the above, side and front neighbours looking in. A little noise comes through from above neighbours as well! Overall a lovely stay just a few things can make it an exceptional stay!!

Je suis partie avec mon fiancé pour fêter nos 10 ans. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Le lieu, la vue, l’appartement, tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons pu partager quelques moments avec nos hôtes, ce fut un plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Ils mettent très vite à l’aise et on se sent bien chez eux. L’accès à la plage quasi privée en 2 minutes est un gros plus, nous avons été ravis d’avoir cette surprise à notre arrivée. Elle est magnifique et nous y étions pratiquement seuls Nous sommes venus en basse saison (novembre) et n’avons rencontré aucun problème pour manger, faire des courses ou un peu de shopping sur place, tout est ouvert et le personnel des alentours très accueillant. Pour moi qui ai beaucoup de soucis de sommeil, le seul problème de ce séjour a été le matelas, très rebondissant. Mais quand on est dans un cadre comme ça, ça devient un détail. Si l’occasion d’y retourner se présente, ce sera sans hésitation

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Blick aufs Meer und Agios Nikolaos. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Hosts Alexandra und Vangelis, die uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben haben. Perfekt auch mit Teenagern, da jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Die Kids liebten den Pool. Im Meer kann gebadet und geschnorchelt werden, aber der Einstieg ist aufgrund der Felsen/Steine etwas schwierig. Wir können die Alassa Villas absolut empfehlen.

The house is beautiful and perfect for whoever seeks privacy and peace of mind. It’s located amidst olive trees and the sea. Mirella is a great host. Hope I will get the chance to come back.

We had a great stay in Traute's place near Leonidio. The beach house has a secluded feel, with great views in all directions.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful apartment, stunning location - peaceful and serene not far from the gorgeous / bustling town of Areaopoli. Spiro was super friendly greeted us with a huge smile and Buddy his dog was the bestest good boy!!

we loved the spaciousness and peacefulness of this villa and its grounds. The host provided many amenities in the kitchen, and a basket full of goodies, olive oil, jams, and wine. The beach was a short walk down the road, with a bar café, right on the water to have coffee or drink. It was a short drive to town, or less than a mile to walk. comfortable beds, outdoor balcony to gaze at the stars, a large covered porch outside the kitchen door, and a dining area under the olive trees. As close to paradise as anything we could have hoped for.

Logement chaleureux et très propre tel que décrit …très belle vue sur le petit port et la mer..à quelques pas des restos et dépanneurs et de la mer…L’hôte Foteini nous a laissé plein de petites gâteries pour rendre notre séjour très agréable

Ιδανική τοποθεσία για απόλυτη ηρεμία και χαλάρωση για όσους το επιζητούν. Το σπίτι πληρούσε όλες τις προδιαγραφές. Πλήρως οργανωμένο. Σε προνομιακή θέση με φανταστική θέα από όλα τα σημεία. Πολύ καλή θάλασσα και πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια και με λίγους επισκέπτες. Η φύση σε όλο της το μεγαλείο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες για την διαμονή μας.

Our stay at Ogra House was truly magical. Tucked amidst olive groves, this contemporary villa offers tranquility, luxury, and breathtaking sea views. The spacious design comfortably accommodated our family of 8. While the nearby private beach is beautiful but rocky, other options are available within a short distance. The most special feature of Ogra House is the beautiful grand piano in the living room. As two jazz pianists in our group, we couldn't resist the opportunity to fill the house with music. Learning that the piano belonged to George's mother and grandmother, both piano teachers in the region, added an extra layer of meaning. George, our host, was exceptional, ensuring our every need was met. For those seeking a retreat in the Greek countryside, Ogra House is the perfect choice. Trotz das wir erst spät anreisen konnten, wurden wir trotzdem sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Traum. Sie Aussicht ist atemberaubend und das kleine Studio sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall nötig. Wir werden dieses Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank !
