Joseph runs the show whilst the more reserved Gerlin supports him whenever needed. They invited us to attend morning Mass with us, and Joseph joined us for a basin of yaqona on our 2nd night. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 4 and will spend another night whrn we get back to Kovalam next week. The sparklers are comfortable and extremely clean snd tidy. The garden is a haven for flower and fruit lovers. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kovalam Beach.

We visited Keats home in April 2025 for a short stay. It was a lovely and cosy home. The owner has maintained it very nicely. We loved the vibe and enjoyed our stay very much. What stood out was how everything was super-clean, meticulously arranged with clear instructions mentioned in every nook and corner of the house. All amenities are exactly as mentioned in the list. My son is a book lover - he enjoyed reading his favourite books from the bookshelf. Plus we all enjoyed the company of the beautiful fishes in the aquarium. A very special mention to Keats father , Kumar Das Sir - a warm and kind host who helped in flawless check-in and also guided us with all tourist points proactively. All in all it was an awesome and satisfying stay!! Thank you Keats for all the transport help. Saratchandra taxi service was very good and it made all the commute very easy for us. Thanks again to both of you. We will definitely recommend your homestay to our friends and family :-)

It was extremely good but the only issue we faced is that wifi password is not known clearly to the caretaker and so we find difficult for connectivity as there is not signal for any of the sim cards.

Staying at this property was a good experience. The house was clean, which made relaxing so much easier. Check-in was a breeze, no waiting around or complicated instructions. The host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway with family.

We had a wonderful stay at Souparnika once again! This was our second time staying here, and just like before, everything was perfect. The house is very nice, extremely clean, and well-maintained. All the amenities are top notch, and both the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Sajikumar, the host, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. He’s very proactive and quick to respond to any needs, which really made our stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be coming back!

The house was just beautiful, full of greenery, neat and clean. The host were very polite and humble. They helped us with everything we asked for. The host also took us through the garden and explained about surroundings. The house was very well designed, private and Safe. I went with my parents and wife for single night. We ordered food from nearby restaurants. There were catalogues provided in the house by the host for direct orders. Swiggy Zomato was also available. The kitchen utensils, drinking water and fridge was provided by the host. The bedrooms are large and roomy. The AC was very strong so we had to shut it down and only fans. The bathrooms were clean with all toiletries. Hot water was provided. The house had fast WiFi. The house help person was also available for any assistance. The approach road to the house was very direct and there was no chance of missing the house if you follow the maps. Overall, it was very good. I would love to stay more in the same house

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans le logement de Guru mais avons fort apprécié son sympathique accueil et la qualité de son logement. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, proche de tous commerces. Le logement est confortable, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et le recommandons aux voyageurs qui veulent bénéficier d’un emplacement paisible.

Govind is super responsive. This place is awesome as described, beautiful, peaceful, approachable, near clean, luxurious with nature surrounding. Lots of place for kids to play and walk. Big kitchen to cook. A very nice gentlemen who is caretaker.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.
