There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

We are so excited to share our beautiful, secluded woodsy setting with you. When you are here, you are in a sanctuary full of birds, deer, water and wildlife. We are blocks from White Bear Lake, hiking, biking and skiing trails and quiet tree lined streets to wander down. We have bicycles for your use. Renowned architect Geoffrey Warner was featured in Garage Reinvented by converting a quaint Victorian home into this stylish, innovative design. This was realized by literally bridging the original Icehouse of Lake Calhoun to a newer addition by a mahogany bridge that pours natural light into the living room from upper level skylights. Indeed, its a unique place that is on the scheduling short list with HGTV's House Hunters!

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
