The house is ideal for families or adult sharers, with 4 large bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom/WC and a shower room/WC, whilst downstairs there is a WC and further shower.

The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

Upstairs is a double room and second room with bunk beds. Plus bathroom with a shower. Front patio with evening sun to enjoy a sundowner. 10 minutes walk from the station, very close to Dreamland and the High Street. 5 minutes walk to the beach, pubs, restaurant, the Old Town and Turner.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
