Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Vom großen Balkon genießen Sie den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Steinerne Meer! Ein 48" Flatscreen TV, einen DVD Player und kostenfreies WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The ski slope is only 150 metres away, and Maria Alm can be reached in five minutes by car. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for peace and quiet, mountain views and proximity to sports and leisure activities. The flat is 38 m² in size and has 1.5 rooms. The entire flat has been renovated.
