Renta de casas particulares vacacionales en La Habana

Estávamos em Varadero antes e optamos por nos hospedar na casa de Catherine no nosso último dia em Havana. A casa é linda, quarto confortável, tudo muito limpo, ótimos anfitriões. A localização não é a melhor para visitar os pontos turísticos, mas para nós que já estávamos no último dia em Havana e já tínhamos ficado em Havana Vieja nos nossos 3 primeiros dias em Cuba, não foi algo que incomodou. A casa tem muitos gatos, são todos muito carinhosos e muito bem cuidados. Mas se você for alérgico talvez não seja a melhor opção de estadia. Para nós foi tranquilo. Tem restaurantes próximos, vários mercados particulares onde achamos tudo que precisávamos. Obrigada pela acomodação, Catherine, a casa realmente é encantadora, parece de novela.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. Ana Maria e Francisco sono due host eccezionali. Molto disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Casa accogliente e pulita. Quartiere tranquillo e piacevole. Colazione molta buona. Direi tutto perfetto. Spero di tornare a trovarli presto. Grazie di tutto.

Esta es mi segunda estancia aqui. La casa de Augusto y Yadira es un lugar ideal para todo huesped. La limpieza, comunicacion, privacidad y trato personalizado son de una calidad excepcional. La casa localizada en una zona agradable y elegante de un barrio muy popular y tranquilo de La Habana, esta adornada con toques refinados y el ambiente es tan atractivo, que produce nostalgia al momento de irse. Sus desayunos a la carta, son exquisitos. Augusto y su esposa Yadira hacen su trabajo de anfitriones con mucho amor. Los recomendamos aun al huesped mas exigente.

Catherine was a great host, and the staff at 58 Libertad were sweet and very professional, especially Jaime and Julia. The hotel is beautiful with lovely gardens and plenty of places to relax. I loved my room, which looked exactly like the pictures. Catherine helped arrange reasonable taxis to get around and when my locked US cell phone wouldn't accept a Cuban SIM card (which she also helped me get!) she lent me an extra phone so that I could get around and communicate with my family. The hospitality was above and beyond, and it made my first visit to the island smooth and pleasant. A great, affordable hotel in a safe, walkable neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again

I had a fantastic stay! I highly recommend this very interesting and classy B&B. There is so much to look at, yet it doesn't feel cluttered. I have already recommended it to family members. Hosts are quick to respond, Staff are outstanding; they helped me with everything from grocery shopping to airport transfers to things to do around town. Full marks for La Villa Teresa. The pool is nice, too.

A serene retreat in the middle of Habana. The site is located about 20 minutes from the airport and about 15-20 minutes from Old Habana. The grounds are wonderful - clean, beautiful and well maintained. Not as walkable as Old Habana or certain other districts, but more peaceful and less populated. The unit was pristine and well furnished; even nicer than pictured. The on-site restaurant is great, open all-day, and conscious of allergy restrictions. The staff is spectacular - every person we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our hosts were gracious enough to give us helpful local tips and plan excursions for our stay. Note - Wifi is limited, so do not plan to rely on internet access generally, for entertainment during downtime or work. Shower pressure was great, temperature does run a little on the cool side. We would definitely recommend and would stay again on future visits.

Budynek jest urządzony jak pałac. Jest pięknie i wygodnie. Okolica jest bardzo cicha, co jest rzadkością na Kubie. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna, a do tego dostępna całą dobę. Basen jest wspaniały. Jedyny mały minus jest taki, że w okolicy jest tylko jedna restauracja, która jest nieco droga i ma średnie jedzenie (ale pyszne przystawki). Jeśli chcesz zjeść obiad polecam przejechać się gdzieś dalej do miasta.

Our stay at the Villa Teresa was the perfect ending of a two-week visit of Cuba. The amazing views of the Havana skyline, the beautiful villa, the pool and the extremely kind and helpful staff made this an amazing experience. We definitely recommend!

Somos una familia que viajamos con un niño de 8 años y otro de 2 y medio y nuestra estancia en el palacio fue estupenda. La decoración es espectacular, un museo. Fue como viajar en el tiempo y nuestra habitación era preciosa. La piscina es muy bonita y grande, mucho mejor que las fotos. Nosotros nos alojamos aquí en nuestra última noche por Cuba y nos dejaron quedarnos sin problema hasta que tuvimos que ir al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable, gracias.

This mansion offers a really interesting look into pre-revolutionary life, and it's in excellent condition. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and I was pleased with the restaurant's food. I really enjoyed my stay.

I absolutely LOVED it here from the start where communication was so efficient and fast to my welcome by my name and attentive to every single detail! Not a call wasn’t answered or requests wasn’t fulfilled. I loved every single person who catered to me and made my birthday weekend BEYOND amazing. I absolutely LOVE and adore this boutique hotel, is the BEST one in my eyes, and I cannot wait to come back and make this place my home again! I miss you all soooo much!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Finally I have a place where to come back in La Habana. I stayed there ten days, for me, the most important things where the quietness of the surrounthings and the quality of the food, it's so convinient to not to have to go out to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, and also much cheaper than outside. The house is amazing, I had the oportunity to visit nearly all the rooms, they are all so nice. There are different aéreas where you can read or work with the computer, internet works very well. Also, if you don't want to pay a taxi to go to the old Habana you can take the bus, there are buses that take you right to the centre without changing buses. The staff is also so nice, friendly and took good care of me. Looking forward to come back!

Tuve una estadía en el hostal la Rosa de Ortega ciudad habana Cuba del 15 al 16 de octubre del 2023 del cual quede maravillada desde el resivimiento por una de las chicas de relaciones publicitarias la cual con una hermosa sonrisa en su rostro nos adentro al hostal y el chico de cocina nos ayudó con las maletas,enseguida supimos que nos sentiríamos cómo estar en nuestra propia casa !! Luego nos dirigimos a reconocer el lugar viendo unas maravillosas vistas la casa te hace sentir que estás viviendo en los años contemporáneos siendo así su estilo y arquitectura al igual su toque moderno y exclusivo que van de acorde al lugar !!llegamos hasta el bar-restaurante y nos recibieron con un delicioso jugo de frutas naturales cortesía de la casa,ahí mismo tuvimos la cena la cual fue excelente le doy un 10 de 10 y mi parte favorita fue la ensalada italiana capresa extraordinariamente maravillosa al igual que todos los platillos servidos por un gentil personal !!

O Loft é belíssimo! Vale destacar o cuidado e a gentileza de sermos recebidos com flores no vaso sobre a mesa. O espaço é excelente, nos sentimos seguros e muito bem acolhidos. Um lugar de muita paz! O café da manhã é incrível, Israel e sua esposa preparam com muito carinho. Recomendamos o lugar, fará diferença na sua estadia em Havana.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mir hat mein Aufenthalt gut gefallen und ich kann es weiterempfehlen.

Great place and amazing hosts! Elvira and Gerardo made sure we were comfortable at all times and were available whenever we had questions. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on where to go and the transportation system around the city. The place was spacious, clean with all the amenities - it lacked nothing. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Cuba.

He estado en casa de Frank 9 días, me encontré mejor que mi casa, tanto por la casa en sí cuanto por los servicios ofrecidos. Frank ha construido un equipo que funciona mejor que un reloj suizo, siempre están atentos a cualquier solicitud del cliente.Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a aquellos que deben permanecer en La Habana.

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Спасибо огромное Майку за всё! Чудесное впечатление ото всего, начиная с первого сообщения. Все четко и быстро, организовано такси в минуты и туда, и обратно. Раритетные машины, было очень классно. Решил все с оплатой, так как мы уезжали утром, а были только крупные купюры. Жилье настолько комфортное, что нам даже не хотелось уезжать. Спали как ангелы. Находится в центре. Множество террас, что очень необычно. Высокий этаж, виды на Гавану. Нам помогли с багажом. В общем, рекомендую! Это было круто!
